“Bloggasaurus” is my blog about blogging, managing a blog and about “making money with your blog.”  You will also find unusual and surprising topics from time to time, which I post under the “open topic” category for interest, entertainment and information.  This may include subjects that are weird, wonderful, unexplainable, eerie, amazing, beautiful, strange, amusing and, well, anything of interest which comes along.

Hello. I’m “Wil,” a rather ordinary man of middle age.  I have a couple of college degrees in Industrial Technology and Humanities. I also work at another job as a Civil Service employee. I have written extensively for a work related web site on various topics including workplace safety, employee relations and “office politics.”

I have many interests: Butterflies, collecting rare and exotic shells, growing herbs, flowers, and vegetables; fossils, rocks and minerals, reading, writing, astronomy, book collecting, building things, bonsai, the paranormal, classical music, fishing and a number of other interests for which I have no time now.

Politically, I am, probably, middle of the road, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t have strong opinions. I hate politics, actually. I define Politics as a means of manipulating a population to gain power for politicians and their party. I am sure that there are some in politics who genuinely want to serve honorably and do good things, but I believe the number of these people is quite small.

I like people and I am sociable but I do not socialize much. I can describe myself as spiritual, in my way, and believe that “Do Unto Others as You Would Have Them Do Unto You” offers a good, workable formula for getting along with your fellow creatures.

I read a lot and study whatever I am interested in intensively. Then, I share it. I am not a sophisticated or technically brilliant computer geek; I get by. Whatever I do, I try to do it as best as humanly possible.

This web site and its owner are both works in progress. I hope you will stop by for a visit again and that you will enjoy yourself. Perhaps you will be so kind as to participate and leave a comment or two. Perhaps you will return. I’d like that.
